Since 2005, Jon has worked in the Film & TV Animation industry as an animator, designer, storyboard artist, writer, director, puppet maker and occasional bad actor. Primarily working in 2D Animation, while also dabbling in the world of stop-motion, water colour painting, urban sketching and caricature portraits. In 2006, the four Affolter brothers founded Foreshadow Films, a Vancouver-based production company focusing on original content for film, TV and web. Since the company’s inception, their productions have played in dozens of film festivals worldwide and have won or been nominated for over 80 awards.
